Who we are
Aqualy is operated by AQUALY TECHNOLOGIES PTY LTD · ABN 35 700 153 760. This draft covers the marketing website and early access applications, with a brief overview of related product services.
What we collect
When you request early access, we collect your business name, contact name, work email, country or region, business type, team size, approximate monthly booking or diver volume, current tools, biggest pain point and consent. Phone number and referral information are optional. If you select other software or another referral source, we collect the explanation you provide.
We record submission and consent times, a consent version, email delivery status and an internal suitability score derived from the application. The score helps prioritise human review; it is not an automated promise or rejection.
When you send a contact enquiry, we collect your name, work email, optional organisation, enquiry type and message. We record the submission time, privacy notice version and delivery status to handle your enquiry. Identical enquiries are deduplicated using a protected fingerprint. Contact auto-confirmation emails are off by default.
Why we use it
We use this information to assess early access suitability, contact you about the programme, understand operational needs and improve Aqualy. Applying does not create a product account. We do not sell application data or use it for advertising profiles.
Email and payment services
Resend is the intended email provider for application confirmations and internal notifications. Authorised Aqualy staff can review your application and its notification email. Local draft testing uses private email previews and sends no real mail.
The Aqualy product uses Stripe for hosted deposit payments. This marketing application form collects no card or payment details. Stripe’s handling of payment information is governed by its own privacy terms.
Cookies, security and analytics
This marketing site uses no analytics, advertising trackers or third-party font scripts. Framework resources are served locally. The separate product application uses necessary authentication cookies. Login cookies are host-only and are not shared between aqualy.io and aqualy.app.
To reduce abuse, the form uses a honeypot and limited-duration rate counters keyed by HMAC-protected source address and email identifiers. Raw IP addresses are not stored in the application table. Where a client address cannot be trusted, a shared source counter is used.
Retention and your choices
Proposed retention: review applications at least every 12 months and remove information no longer needed for the programme, subject to applicable obligations. This retention process and any international service-provider data handling need legal review before launch.
You can request access, correction, removal or withdrawal of your contact consent by emailing contact@aqualy.io. We will consider requests in line with applicable Australian privacy obligations.
