Everything connected. Nothing duplicated.

Linked customer records, bookings and sessions give your team a shared starting point. Explore the handovers from first conversation to follow-up.

  1. Start by understanding the customer’s diving plans and the session they want to join. Your team handles the conversation and uses those details when creating a customer record and booking.

  2. Staff link a customer’s booking to a scheduled session and email a deposit link. The customer pays on Stripe’s hosted page, and the booking keeps its payment status alongside the session details.

  3. Review session capacity and assign staff before the departure. Linked bookings and the confirmed roster give the team a shared reference for preparing the dive day.

  4. Bring the confirmed booking roster to the departure and record check-in and dive-off attendance. Export the session roster as CSV when the team needs a separate working copy.

  5. Refer to the customer record and its linked bookings when your team follows up personally. Automated CRM is coming soon; dedicated campaigns and follow-up automation are planned features.

Customer details become the starting point for a staff-created booking.
