This website introduces Aqualy, operated by AQUALY TECHNOLOGIES PTY LTD · ABN 35 700 153 760, and accepts requests for its early access programme. Information reflects a product under development and may change.
Early access applications
Please provide accurate business and contact information and only submit information you are authorised to share. Applying allows us to contact you about early access as described in the draft Privacy Policy.
An application does not create an account, reserve capacity, guarantee an invitation or form a paid product subscription. Invitations depend on product readiness and suitability. Any actual product trial or subscription will need separate, reviewed terms.
Current capabilities
The product focuses on workspaces and team roles, trips and sessions, staff-managed customer records, staff-created bookings and emailed Stripe-hosted deposit links, plus confirmed-booking rosters, CSV export and attendance. Customers currently receive a payment link by email; there is no self-service customer booking portal.
Courses & Training, advanced CRM, Retail & Rental and Reporting are coming soon and are not included as current capabilities. Illustrative interface previews contain fictional data and are not screenshots of a live customer workspace.
Payments
No payment is requested by the early access form. Product deposits use Stripe-hosted payment pages. Visiting a payment link or returning to the product does not by itself confirm payment; the product relies on verified payment events.
Acceptable use and intellectual property
Do not abuse the form, submit malicious content or attempt unauthorised access. Aqualy branding and artwork are reserved brand material. Website access does not grant trademark or artwork reuse rights.
Consumer rights and further terms
This draft does not intend to exclude rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian law. Liability, governing law, dispute resolution, service availability and any commercial terms require legal review before launch.
